Pasta 47%: type “00” soft WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. Stuffing 53%: wild boar ragout 43.4% [wild boar meat (60%), olive oil, onion, carrot, CELERY, wine (SULPHITES), pork belly, corn starch, MILK, salt, spices, flavorings, yeast extract], cow’s MILK ricotta (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), cheese [cheese (MILK), Grana Padano [MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural protein of the EGG), anti-caking agent: E460], breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), potatoes (SULPHITES), potato starch (SULPHITES), vegetable fiber, salt, flavorings, spices, garlic (SULPHITES). Dusted with rice cream.
