Filling ingredients 46%: ricotta cheese 43% (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), spinach 6,8%,breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), sheep’s ricotta (serum of sheep’s MILK, salt), cheese ( MILK), vegetables in varying proportions (beets, onions), rice, potatoes (SULPHITES), potato starch ( SULPHITES), vegetal fibre, salt, seasoning, spices, sunflower oils. Sprinkled with rice cream.
