White/green ricotta & spinach agnolotti

Ingredients

Pasta ingredients 50%: Soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, spinach 1,7%. Filling ingredients 50%: ricotta cheese 46% (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), spinach 5%,breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), sheep’s ricotta (serum of sheep’s MILK, salt), cheese ( MILK), vegetables in varying proportions (beets, onions, potatoes), rice, potatoes (SULPHITES), potato starch ( SULPHITES), vegetal fibre, salt, seasoning, spices, sunflower oils. Sprinkled with rice cream.

It may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD,
SESAME, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH.
Allergens: indicated in capital letters.
Cooking time: 4/6 minutes.

Instructions for Use

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
