Stuffing 53%: deer 30.3%, vegetables in varying proportions (potatoes, carrots, onions), cow’s MILK ricotta (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), cheeses (MILK), Grana Padano cheese [MILK , salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural EGG protein)], breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), red wine (SULPHITES), potatoes (SULPHITES), potato starch (SULPHITES), vegetable fiber, flavorings, garlic (SULPHITES), salt, spices. Dusted with rice cream.

It may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME, CELERY, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH.
Allergens: indicated in capital letters.
Cooking time: 2/3 minutes.
