Filling ingredients 56%: toma cheese 17%(raw MILK, salt, rennet), ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), cheeses ( MILK),sheep’s ricotta (serum of sheep’s MILK, salt), potatoes ( SULPHITES), HAZELNUTS 5%, vegetable fibre, potatoes starch (SULPHITES) seasoning, salt. Sprinkled with rice cream.
