Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, tomato powder 1%. Filling 50%: ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), smoked salmon 19,6% (FISH), potatoes (SULPHITES), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), sheep’s ricotta (serum of sheep’s MILK, salt), potato starch (SULPHITES), vegetable fibre, salt, seasoning, spices. Sprinkled with rice cream.
It may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOYA, SHELLFISH.

Cooking time: 2/3 minutes.

Cook in salted water
