Ingredients

dehydrated potato flakes (SULPHITES) (59%), starch, WHEAT flour (contains GLUTEN), red radicchio sauce 5% [red chicory (77%), sunflower oil, onion, BUTTER, oil extra virgin olive oil, salt, rice starch, balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP, MILK thin powder, acidity regulator: citric acid, spices)], red beet, ricotta cheese (cow’s MILK whey, cow’s MILK, cream, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid), vegetable fibre, salt, EGG yolk powder, skimmed MILK powder, preservatives (sorbic acid, sodium metabisulphite), antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate), emulsifiers (sodium acid pyrophosphate, mono and diglycerides of fatty acid, sodium diphosphate), acidifier (citric acid), natural flavourings.

Cooking time: 2/3 minutes.

Instructions for Use

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
