Filling 50%: ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), cheese (contains MILK), speck 9% (pork, salt, spices, natural flavors, dextrose, fructose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate), radicchio sauce 8% [red chicory (77%), sunflower oil, onion, butter, olive oil, salt, rice starch, balsamic vinegar of Modena, MILK thin powder, acidity regulator : citric acid, spices], potatoes (SULPHITES), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), sheep’s ricotta (serum of sheep’s MILK, salt), Grana Padano cheese [(MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural
