Ingredients

Pasta 68%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. Filling ingredients 32%: cured ham 18.4% (pork thigh, salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), mortadella (pork, salt, dextrose, natural flavorings, spices), Grana Padano cheese [MILK salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural EGG rotein), anti-caking agent: E460], breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt) seasoning, spices, salt. Sprinkled with rice cream.

It may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, SULPHITES, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH.

Cooking time: 5/7 minutes.
