Pasta 40%: “00” type soft WHEAT flour, hard WHEAT semolina, 20% EGGS, water. Filling 60%: grilled vegetables 13,7% (potatoes, aubergines, courgettes, peppers), cheeses ( MILK), ricotta ovine ( MILK serum of sheep, salt), ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), breadcrumbs (type “0” soft WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), salt, flavorings, potatoes ( SULPHITES), potato starch (SULPHITES), vegetable fiber, spices. Sprinkle with rice cream.
It may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH.
