50%: beef 31.4%, cooked ham [pork leg
(80%), water, salt, potato starch, dextrose, natural flavors,
stabilizer: carrageenan, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate,
preservative: sodium nitrite], mortadella (pork, salt, dextrose,
natural flavors, preservatives: sodium nitrite, antioxidants:
ascorbic acid), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type “0”, brewer’s
yeast, salt), EGGS, truffle flavored champignons cream
[(cultivated champignons (Agaricus bisporus 70%) (sunflower oil,
salt, rice starch, flavorings, aromatic plants)], cheeses ( MILK),
Grana Padano cheese [(MILK, salt, rennet, preservative:
lysozyme (natural EGG protein), anti-caking agent: E460],
flavorings, vegetables in varying proportions (onions, carrots),
potato starch (SULPHITES), potatoes (SULPHITES), vegetable
fiber, salt, red wine (SULPHITES), black truffle 0.35% (Tuber aestivum vitt.), garlic (SULPHITES), spices. Dusted with rice cream.
