Filling 38%: breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), roast pork, beef 7.3%, mortadella (pork, salt, dextrose, natural flavors, spices), cooked ham [pork leg (80%) water, salt, potato starch, dextrose, natural flavors, stabilizer (carrageenan) antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite)], flavorings, salt, vegetables in variable proportions (onions, carrots), Grana Padano cheese [(MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural egg protein), anti-caking agent: E460], rice, spices, red wine (SULPHITES), garlic ( SULPHITES).
Sprinkled with rice cream.
