50% pasta: type “00” soft WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, 20% EGGS, water. 50% filling: 13.2% beef, vegetables in varying proportions (potatoes, carrots, spinach, onions, chard), mortadella (pork, salt, dextrose, natural flavors, spices), cooked ham [pork leg (80%) water, salt, potato starch (SULPHITES), dextrose, natural flavors, stabilizer: carrageenan, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite], breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type “0 ”, Brewer’s yeast, salt), raw ham (pork, salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), EGGS, cheeses (MILK), Grana Padano cheese [(MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural protein EGG), anti-caking agent: E460], potato starch (SULPHITES), rice, vegetable fiber, flavorings, salt, red wine (SULPHITES), spices, garlic ( SULPHITES), sunflower oil.
