Pasta 54%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. Filling 46%: cooked ham [pork thigh (80%), water, salt, starch potato, dextrose, natural spices, stabilizer: carrageenan, preservatives:
sodium nitrate, antioxidant: ascorbate sodium], beef 14%, roast 20,6% (10,3% of total) (pork, salt, sucrose, spices, natural flavorings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite; may contain: derivatives of MILK), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt),vegetables in varying proportions (potatoes, carrots, spinach,
beet), EGGS, seasoning, cheese (MILK), rice, potato starch (SULPHITES), vegetable fibre, salt, red wine (SULPHITES), Grana Padano cheese [MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural EGG protein), anti-caking agent: E460], spices, garlic (SULPHITES), sunflower oils. Sprinkled with rice cream.
