Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. Filling ingredients 50%: lamb 35%, vegetables in varying proportions (potatoes, carrots, onions), ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), cheeses (contains MILK), Grana Padano cheese [ MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme ( EGG white natural protein)], breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), red wine (SULPHITES), salt, seasoning (containing CELERY), vegetable fibre, garlic, spices. Sprinkled with rice cream.
It may contain traces of NUTS, SOY, SULPHITES, FISH and SHELLFISH.

Cooking time: 3/5 minutes.

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.
