Filling ingredients 56%: cheeses (MILK), ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), vegetables in varying proportions (potatoes, onions), spinach 7,3%, sheeps ricotta (sheep’s MILK whey, salt), flavourings, chard 2,5%, rice, potatoes (SULFITES), potato starch (SULFITES), Grana Padano cheese [MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural EGG protein), anti-caking agent: E460], vegetable fibre, salt, spices, sunflower oils. Sprinkled with rice cream.
