Ingredients

Pasta 44%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. Filling 56%: sheep’s ricotta 34,4%(serum of sheep’s MILK, salt), ricotta cheese ( MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), honey 17%, Grana Padano cheese [MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural EGG protein), agent anti-agglomérant: E460], potatoes (SULPHITES), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), potato starch (SULPHITES), vegetable vibre, seasoning, spices. Sprinkled with rice flour.

It may contain traces of NUTS, SESAME, CELERY, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH.

Cooking time: 2/3 minutes.

Instructions for Use

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
