Filling 56%: sheep’s ricotta 34,4%(serum of sheep’s MILK, salt), ricotta cheese ( MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), honey 17%, Grana Padano cheese [MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural EGG protein), agent anti-agglomérant: E460], potatoes (SULPHITES), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), potato starch (SULPHITES), vegetable vibre, seasoning, spices. Sprinkled with rice flour.
It may contain traces of NUTS, SESAME, CELERY, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH.

Cook in salted water
