Pasta 47%: Soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. Filling 53%: cheese 51,7% [contains MILK (Gorgonzola (MILK, lactic ferments, salt, rennet, selected molds)], cow’s milk ricotta (MILK, salt, rennet), potatoes (SULPHITES), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), potato strach, vegetal fiber, salt, spices, flavoring. Sprinkled with rice cream.

It may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH.

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.
