Filling 53%: cheese 51,7% [contains MILK (Gorgonzola (MILK, lactic ferments, salt, rennet, selected molds)], cow’s milk ricotta (MILK, salt, rennet), potatoes (SULPHITES), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), potato strach, vegetal fiber, salt, spices, flavoring. Sprinkled with rice cream.
