Ingredients
45% pasta: type “00” soft WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, 20% EGGS, water. Stuffing 55%: vegetables in varying proportions (potatoes, tomatoes, onions), swordfish 15% (FISH), green fish (FISH), cow’s milk ricotta (whey, MILK, lactic acid), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), cheeses (MILK), Grana Padano cheese [(MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural EGG protein)], potatoes (SULPHITES), potatoes starch (SULPHITES), flavorings, salt, vegetable fiber, white wine (SULPHITES), garlic (SULPHITES).
Dusted with rice cream.
It may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOYA, SHELLFISH.

Cook in salted water
