Ingredients

Pasta 47%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. Filling ingredients 53%: duck’s ragù sauce 43.4% [duck meat (60%), olive oil, vegetables (CELERY), wine (SULPHITES), MILK protein, corn starch, salt, spices, flavorings, flavor enhancer, monosodium glutamate (E621)],
ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), cheeses (MILK), Grana Padano cheese [ MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (EGG white natural protein)], breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), potatoes ( SULPHITES), potato starch ( SULPHITES), vegetable fibre, seasoning, salt, spices. Sprinkled with rice cream.

It may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH.

Cooking time: 2/3 minutes.

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
