Stuffing 20%: Mixed cheeses (MILK, salt, rennet) 34%, 16% speck (pork, salt, spices, natural flavorings, dextrose, fructose, antioxidant : sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate), cow’s milk ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), vegetable fibre, salt.
Sprinkled with rice flour.
