Filling 56%: buffalo mozzarella 11,6% (Buffalo’s MILK, natural whey, salt, rennet), ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), sheep’s ricotta (serum of sheep’s MILK, salt), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), vegetables in varying proportions (potatoes, beets, onions), Grana Padano cheese [MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural EGG protein), anti-caking agent: E460], spinach 2,8% (1,6% of the total), potatoes (SULPHITES), potato starch (SULPHITES), salt, rice, seasoning, vegetal fibre, spices, sunflower oils. Sprinkled with rice cream.
