Filling ingredients 56%: ricotta cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), borage 32,8%, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), sheep’s ricotta (serum of sheep’s MILK, salt), cheese (MILK), potato starch (SULPHITES), potatoes (SULPHITES), vegetal fibre, salt, seasoning, spices. Sprinkled with rice cream.
