Filling ingredients 56%: artichoke 22,4%,
ricotta cheeses (MILK), sheep’s ricotta (serum of sheep’s MILK,
salt), cheese (MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), breadcrumbs (soft
WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), potatoes
(SULPHITES), salt, seasoning, potato starch (SULPHITES),
vegetable fibre, spices. Sprinkled with rice cream.
It may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME,
